		<description>Another example of poor service from eBuyer.

Over 10days from asking for the TV to be recalled - no sign of refund or any acknowledgement of it.

No news on when I can expect a refund on the broken glass top that was picked up (on second attempt).

eNotes arent read and you are just left feeling lied to.

Oh and receiveing a reminder about a TV license that was never delivered just takes the p*ss.

Its been over 30days from the original &#039;next day&#039; order.

If anyone has advice on my next steps, I&#039;d be interested.  I&#039;ve asked for someone senior to contact but am not holding my breath.</description>

The irony is that after my screwed my order made on the 10th,  I ordered a 22inch Viewsonic monitor that arrived the next working day.

So I guess it can work ok, just that when it doesn&#039;t have support in place to manage it... it costs less to fire out a tracking email to keep customer uptodate with delayed items rather than have to respond to calls/emails.

Do it right or don&#039;t do it!</description>

		<description>Just spent 5 hours in the cold outside City Links Swansea Dept. Never again. I mean never going to stand in a queue to collect something that should have been delivered. Never going to ring Ebuyer and stay on the line for 45 minutes, twice. Never going to use Ebuyer Full Stop.......What a rubbish company, and worse what a bad excuse for a delivery company (City Link Swansea). You should have seen it, warehouse full. Staff couldn’t find most items, not enough staff on duty.</description>
